Bilateral Release of Capsular Contracture and Breast Implant Exchange

    Patient from out-of-town presents with Bakers grade III bilateral capsular contracture of her saline breast implants corrected with a total capsulectomy and bilateral breast implant exchange.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bilateral Release of Capsular Contracture and Bilateral Breast Lift

    Patient had three previous breast surgeries done 10 years ago.  Patient presents with severe deformity and bilateral Bakers Grade III capsular contracture corrected with bilateral total capsulectomy and implant exchange along with a bilateral breast lift.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Replacement of Ruptured Right Side Silicone Implants

    Patient presents with ruptured right silicone breast implants which is slowly causing deformity of her right breast.  Patient underwent bilateral exchange of both silicone implants.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Correction of Symmastia

    Patient had two prior surgeries which left patient with symmastia ("uni-boob").  Patient underwent bilateral exchange of breast implants and correction of the symmastia

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Correction of Marked Asymmetry

    Patient presents with severe asymmetry and Baker's Grade III capsular contracture.  Patient reposition of nipple position with a breast lift along with bilateral total capsulectomy and bilateral breast implant exchange.
